How to Become a Member
To become a member for the 2008-2009 school year with CHET-SE, please send these three (3) completed forms to Laura Denker:
1) Registration Form
2) Statement of Faith Form
3) Permission & Release Form
Also bring a completed print out of the AIT (PE) registration form to AIT (PE) at Lincoln Park if you plan on participating in PE.
Please take the time to read our Dress Code and Conduct Guidelines. This is important in maintaining the unity in our group.
****Remember also to file an Affidavit of Intent for Home School with Pima County School Superintendent's Office
