TRANSCRIPTS WILL NOT BE SENT UNLESS GRADES AND ATTENDANCE HAVE BEEN  PROPERLY REPORTED, TUITION PAID,  LIBRARY BOOKS RETURNED, AND TRANSCRIPT FEE RECEIVED.
