As a Chick-fil-A owner/operator for over 20 years, I have had many opportunities to have a lasting impact in the lives of many employees that have worked for me over the years. Throughout my time as an owner, I have seen people who have transitioned well into adulthood and many who have not. My desire is to help others make that transition as smooth as possible based on my learnings and experience over the years.
