GCE is a private group, open to home schoolers in Johnson County, Texas, and surrounding counties. 

We meet in Alvarado, Texas for classes, and we attend field trips and other events in the surrounding DFW Metroplex area, as well as in Johnson County, and occassionally Central Texas.

We are a members-only group and charge an annual membership fee.  We offer support in the form of fellowship with other home schooling families, park days, elementary events, teen events, mom's nights, spring graduation, weekly classes* during the school year, and more.  If you are interested in membership, please request membership on the site (click on "Join").  You will need to remit payment of your annual membership fee, in the amount of $40.00, within two weeks of having your membership approved (toward the end of the spring, membership fees will be billed in June and due July 1).

If you are not a current member, choose "Join" at the top of the website and complete your member profile.  Your membership fee will be billed and due within two weeks (sooner if it's registration time).
