Volunteer Positions

• Treasurer: The Treasurer works with the Team to establish a budget, receives and disburses money, creates monthly financial reports, balances and manages the checking account, files an annual notice with the IRS, and keeps all financial records.
• Showcase Coordinator: The Showcase Coordinator works with AD teachers to plan and execute Showcase, our year-end event that gives students an opportunity to share what they have learned with family and friends.
• Testing Coordinator: The Testing Coordinator organizes and schedules year-end standardized testing.
• Safety Coordinator: The Safety Coordinator maintains emergency procedures and evacuation plans and schedules and carries out annual fire and tornado drills during AD.
• Health Coordinator: The Health Coordinator maintains the sick policy and monitors and stocks the first aid kit.
• Nursery Coordinator: The Nursery Coordinator makes sure the nursery has all the necessary supplies and assists parents that are assigned to the nursery.
• Grounds Monitor: The Grounds Monitor makes sure exterior doors are secure, watches for anyone hanging around who should not be, and corrects dangerous play on the playground and in the parking lot.
