DANCE OF THE DECADES is THIS Saturday, September 16th, 6:30 - 9:30PM, so save the date! Our wonderful DJ is confirmed again, and prizes will be awarded for Best of Decades again. More details will follow this summer. Hope to see you there....same venue.
Dance of the Decades event for homeschool high school students. (NO HIGH SCHOOLERS YOUNGER THAN 13 YEARS OLD, NO MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS.)

- The event will begin at 6:30 and end at 9:30.
DRESS:
Event dress is informal/comfortable, however, attendees do have the option to dress in the style of their favorite decade, beginning with the 1950s and ending with the 2000s (2000-present represents one category). (We ask that all students dress with Christian modesty. example: If you would like to wear a skirt that is above the knee, please add a pair of leggings or opaque tights.)
Dressing in a costume representing a decade is optional. If a student does not wish to participate in the costume portion, jeans and a shirt are appropriate.
TICKETS:
$10.00 per student (This event is being hosted by a LCHEA member, not by LCHEA.)
TICKETS MAY BE PURCHASED IN CASH AT THE DOOR. PAYMENT MUST BE EXACT AMOUNT, AS WE CANNOT MAKE CHANGE. PARTICIPANTS PAYING AT THE DOOR MUST ALSO PROVIDE THEIR NAME AND THEIR PARENT'S PHONE NUMBER, TO BE USED IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION.
The event cap is 300 students.
PHOTOGRAPHY:
Photo backdrops will be available for student use only; no professional photographer will be in attendance.
MUSIC:
Music will be provided by a professional DJ, who will be playing music from all the decades!
REFRESHMENTS:
Light refreshments will be served.
Please feed your student(s) dinner before the dance, so they can jitterbug, twist, hustle, disco, moonwalk, running man, hip hop, or whatever their hearts desire, within reason, of course!
