I am incredibly blessed to be a mother of two wonderful teenagers, aged 14 and 16, and have been happily married for 20 years. My journey includes earning a college degree in business from Cal State San Marcos and subsequently founding First Step Gymnastics. With over 20 years of experience in teaching gymnastics and personal training at EOS in Oceanside, I am deeply passionate about tumbling and fitness, a passion that stemmed from my competitive gymnastics background throughout high school and college.

I hold multiple certifications in gymnastics safety, personal training, nutrition, corrective exercise, CPR, first aid, and I am a certified movement specialist through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). Over the years, I have taught nearly every sport imaginable and have also served as a physical education teacher.

Exercise and fitness have always been integral to my life, and I am committed to continually expanding my knowledge and expertise within the fitness industry.
