Thrive Member - Terms of Agreement

The following terms of agreement need to be signed only by the parent or guardian. Children and Vendors need only sign the Code of Conduct.

As a member of Thrive Learning Center, I agree to the following terms of agreement:

  • I agree to pay the non-refundable membership fee upon registration.
  • I agree to pay all vendors on time.
  • I agree to pay vendors in full once the drop date has passed even if I withdraw from the class as all enrollment is final.
  • I agree to serve 13 hours per semester as outlined in our Member Handbook.
  • I agree to respect our leased facilities, to leave any areas I use better than I found it, and pay for any damage or loss of property myself or my child causes. 
  • I agree to not interfere with any ministries or offices the church has operating while on campus.
  • I agree to our Member Code of Conduct, Membership Handbook, and Youth & Adult Waiver & Release of Liability.
