Mrs. Karen Ward To All Instructors

Karen Ward taught her own three children back in the “pioneer” days of homeschooling in the 90’s through 2004. She is a veteran of many homeschool movements and curriculum and has taught in homeschool co-ops, private classes, and hybrid private schools. 

Karen studied at the Cooper Union School of Art in New York, NY, has certificates from the Washington DC Corcoran School of Art in Painting and Drawing, as well as in Applied Theology-Iconology from the St. Stephens program at the Antiochian House of Studies. She is currently working towards a master’s degree in Sacred Art at Pontifex University, and is a practicing iconographer and artist.
