Please carefully read and follow these directions:

Please complete form and pay dues by September 3rd (earlier is preferred!) This helps us plan for activities. You cannot attend in September until your membership form is complete and dues are paid. 

Please complete all fields (even ones that don't say required.) ALL FIELDS ARE REQUIRED for your membership to be complete. If the dad doesn't have an email address (or want it on here), you can put mom's address in twice ;) 

Please register all children being homeschooled, including young children that have not yet begun school.

We need your help! WBHE is a cooperative effort. All parents are required to volunteer throughout the year, and your time volunteering within the group is valued and appreciated. God made everyone with different talents and abilities; we’ll find something that fits for you!
