Ryan Dixon - Membership Coordinator/Co-Supportive Lead

 Meet Ryan Dixon, the Membership Coordinator at and Co-Supportive Lead

 With a passion for education and a background in behavioral intervention, special education law, and working closely with autistic children, Ryan Dixon brings a wealth of expertise to our community.

 Ryan's extensive experience in behavioral intervention allows her to craft inclusive, supportive learning environments that cater to every child's unique needs. Her in-depth knowledge of special education law ensures that families receive the advocacy and resources they deserve.

Ryan is dedicated to creating a space where each child can flourish academically, emotionally, and socially. Her dedication to creating a safe space for all children at Homeschool Haven Co-Op, is the cornerstone of our cooperative's success.

Kristy Dubuisson - Special Projects Coordinator/Co-Supportive Lead

Meet Kristy Dubuisson, the Special Projects Coordinator and Co-Supportive Lead

Kristy's devotion to a child-led edcuation experience causes her to think "outside the box' with emphasis of self-awareness, self-advocacy and confidence! This cooperative thrives on respect and this is exactly what Kristy brings as we maintain success.

Kristy is the mother to two sets of twins and she takes pride in her family's neurodivergent background. Her background in Law Enforcement/Emergency Services and Music Education also play a role in her passion to create a safe and inclusive environment for all. "Interest leads to motivation, which leads to true learning. There must be something for everyone!"

Kristy is dedicated to maintaing the sense of community through connection, hands on projects and in person interaction as its the foundation of Haven's space.

Ivy Deaver - Ethics Lead

Meet Ivy Deaver, Haven's Ethics Lead!

Ivy is not only a homeschooling mom, she takes on multiple roles including a major role in her family's transporation business alongside of homeschooling. All the while, she continues to nurture her children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth.

Ivy is dedicated to creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment for all. Her children and others are encouraged to follow their passions and pursue their interests. 

Ivy's stong communication skills, her love for maintaining a nurturing environment and her focus to the needs of the individual indeed makes her a great asset to Homeschool Haven.

Mya - Youth Volunteer

Community Contributor:  Meet Mya, our Youth Volunteer with a heart for service. Mya dedicates her time to supporting our tiny town group, bringing a positive impact to the community.

Balancing Act:   When not hitting the books, Mya is actively involved in traveling softball where she serves as an awesome pitcher on the mound. 

Youthful Enthusiasm:  As a valued youth volunteer, Mya exemplifies the spirit of giving back. We're delighted to have her on our team, contributing her energy and enthusiasm to make our tiny town an even better place.
