Membership Information
Joining EPIC is easy:
1. Read over the EPIC Membership Requirements to see if EPIC is a good fit for your family.
2. Click the "Click To Join" button at the bottom of this page.
3. Fill out the application form with your family details. When filling out the application, we encourage parents to provide detailed information to ensure we can align their skills and interests with the needs of both their family and the EPIC community.
4. Submit the application, and our leadership team will review your application and be in contact.
Membership Requirements
1. Agreement with Statement of Faith
All members are required to uphold and respect the EPIC Statement of Faith. It is expected that teachings and discussions within the co-op align with these principles.
2. Active Participation
At EPIC, we thrive when everyone pitches in. We ask all members to actively participate during co-op hours with a willingness to help wherever needed. Whether you're teaching, assisting in a class, or lending a hand behind the scenes, your involvement helps make our community strong and successful.
3. Community Support and Collaboration
Members commit to working together with kindness and support, all for the benefit of our children and the community. By showing up for one another, we create a place where every family feels valued and can truly thrive.
4. Class Contribution
We love when parents share their ideas and passions! Members are encouraged to submit class proposals for the upcoming semester—whether it’s LEGO, chemistry, art, or something totally unique. Teach what you love, and don’t be afraid to get creative.
We also welcome suggestions for classes you’d love to see offered by others. We gather all the ideas, and then the community votes on the top choices to help shape the next semester’s schedule. Our goal is to give families as much say as possible in what EPIC offers, making it a true reflection of our community.
Semester Fees
- Non-Refundable Registration Fee: $51 per family
- Class Fee
- Ages 0-5: $10 per student ($5 per class)
- Students in grades Kindergarten-12th will have specific class fees based on the chosen courses. Classes range from $5-$25 depending on supplies needed
