Guest Speaker- Kimberlee Stokes
For many of us, August is the official beginning of the next school year and a fresh start. Come and enjoy the support and fellowship of other homeschool parents as you prepare your mind and heart for God’s leading. We will share some upcoming events and meetings offered this year through NHE to help you get connected, and we will be encouraged by Kimberlee Stokes, a mom who always speaks from the heart with the big picture in mind.
Kimberlee Stokes is a professional blogger and the happily married, hormone-wrangling mom to four young adults ages 15 to 21. She is the creator and owner of the popular website ThePeacefulMom.com and has been featured in both print and online media including Huffington Post, Today.com, Mint.com, CharismaMag.com, iBlog, and Sacramento Parent, as well as being mentioned in Woman's Day Magazine.
Join her as she shares real-life organizing secrets to help you calm the chaos and live a joyful, purposeful life. If your house is ready for company at a moment's notice and you faithfully plan your days hour-by-hour, this isn't for you -- but come anyway so you can start to understand and empathize with your discombobulated friends.

Join the conversation at 6pm before every monthly meeting. Experienced moms will be available to help answer questions and connect you to the people/resources you need. Meet in room 5110 and bring your questions!
6:30pm- Fellowship- room 5108
7pm- Monthly meeting begins- room 5108
Meetings are for adults unless otherwise indicated in the meeting description, nursing babies always welcome!
CHILDCARE IS PROVIDED FOR MEMBERS at all monthly meetings
Drop off begins at 6:30pm- Nursery through 5th grade
You must sign only your children up on the calendar prior to Tuesday before the meeting. After that please email Lucee.price@gmail.com directly. A donation of $3 per child with a max of $6 per family is suggested and can be placed in the meeting room in designated bowl.
