Request Membership in Immanuel Homeschool Group Co-op!

Submitting this form does not guarantee membership with IHG. If you meet the basic requirements (i.e. your oldest child attending is at least 7 years old by September 15th (or you are teaching a class), your application will be approved and you will have access to the family side of the website.

In addition, an $85.00 new family registration fee is paid ONLINE in your statement of account.  $10 is due immediately and the remaining $75 is due by April 5th.  The class registration calendar on the website lists all dates these items are due before class registration opens. Your Family Membership fee and online contracts and your paperwork must be completed before you will be "opened" for class registration.  A background check fee of $12, payable online directly to Protect My Ministries, is required just before school begins. The link to Protect My Ministries on the website homepage, will be opened August 15th.

REQUIRED FORMS for all ADULTS and STUDENTS attending co-op:
1. PARENT(s) or ADULT Medical Release Form
2. STUDENT(s) Medical Release Form
3. 24-25 Online Agreements Signature Form  

You must bring these paper forms to co-op on a Friday we meet, beginning March 15th.  You will be invoiced for the membership fee and are required to pay that online before you can register your students for classes.

PRIMARY and SECONDARY ADULTS:
The PRIMARY ADULT is typically the adult who regularly attends co-op with the children. (For Drop Off Student Families, the Primary Adult should be the parent/guardian that oversees the student's participation in co-op. This would be the parent that usually comes to co-op and is, in general, the parent that will monitor student participation at co-op and their education in general).
The SECONDARY ADULT is not a required field. This is where a spouse or other adult associated with the family is placed.

CHILDREN FIELDS: Each child attending Co-op on Fridays must be registered in the CHILDREN fields below. This includes babies and toddlers who will be in the Nursery.

All IHG Member Families are required to submit the online Release of Liability and the online Member Responsibilities Contract each year.

Please click the links below to read and submit each form for the 2024-2025 co-op year.  Placing your name in the space provided serves as your digital signature.

FOR CURRENT MEMBERS ONLY:  If you are not planning to return for the 2024-2025 school year, place NA in the box instead of your name.

Payment Instructions

The New Family Join Fee is $10 and is due immediately.  The $75 24-25 Family Membership Fee is not due till 4/5/2024.

Payment of the $10 New Family Join fee allows you access to the website so you can have a look around before you decide whether or not to continue with class registration for 2024-2025.  Note: a 3% technology fee will be added to your payment amount when you pay.  This technology fee goes directly to NewTek.  IHG does not receive any portion of the technology fee.

Once the online Release of Liability and the Member Responsibilities are submitted and paperwork and both membership payments are received, you will be "opened" for class registration.   New Families (Priority C+ and C) register April 10th and 11th respectively.  If you  have questions, please contact the IHG Board at info@immanuelhg.com.
