Brook Hills Co-op is a fee-for-service tutorial designed for students in grades K-12. We support and encourage families as they lay a foundation for lifelong learning and discipleship. BHC implements a cooperative college-preparatory educational environment with the goal of benefitting and blessing homeschooling families and honoring the Lord in the process. With freedom for families to school as the Lord leads, we partner with parents by giving guidance and providing a community for homeschool students to thrive.

2025-2026 Information Meetings

The information meeting provides details about class offerings, teachers, curriculum, and the schedule for 2025-2026 as well as financial and registration information.

Upper School (grades 7-12) - Tuesday, February 18th at 6:30 pm (doors open at 6:10pm)

Lower School (grades K-6) - Thursday, February 20th at 6:30 pm (doors open at 6:10pm)

*All meetings will be held in the Student Building (the building with the green roof in the lower parking lot) at The Church at Brook Hills, 3145 Brook Highland Pkwy.

Fees for 2025-2026 

• A non-refundable registration fee of $175 per lower school student and $225 per upper school student is required and payable via Venmo to BHCoop. 
• The security and facility fee for 2025-26 is $160 per student, payable via Venmo to BHCoop. This fee is due August 1, 2025. 
• Tuition ranges from $400 to $675 for each class with payments to be paid via Venmo directly to the teacher. All other payments (registration, security and facility fee) must be paid via Venmo to BHCoop via Venmo.

Registration Dates

Registration opens at 9:00 am CST. Families may register in the order that registration fees are received. See the registration schedule below for due dates of registration fees. Confirmation emails will be sent once accounts are opened and made active for registration on the following dates:

March 7, 2025: Current eligible BHC students (registration fee paid on February 28th)

March 12, 2025: Siblings of current eligible BHC students (registration fee paid on February 28th)

March 14, 2025: Members of The Church at Brook Hills (registration fee due March 12th)

March 21, 2025: Open to the public (registration fee due March 19th)
