Withdrawal Policy
Middle and High School:
Students may withdraw from a class for which they registered after the first meeting ONLY. Written notification needs to be made to the teacher and middle/high school advisers.
As long as the minimum class size is met, the family will be refunded the entire amount of the teacher fee; however, they will not be refunded the supply fees. In the event that the student’s withdrawal from the class would cause the class size to drop below the minimum class size established by the teacher, the teacher’s fee will not be refunded.
Changes or withdrawals after the second class of the semester will not receive a teacher or supply refund.
DRHG membership dues will not be reimbursed.
Elementary School:
Students may be refunded for a class they withdraw from after the first class only.
DRHG membership dues will not be reimbursed at any point.
