About Us

We are a Christian-led co-op, serving the greater St. Charles area and we welcome all homeschooling families. We do not require Christian faith for membership, but we do ask each member to submit a statement of family faith or values which outlines the reasons RUSC, a Christ centered organization, is relevant to their family’s educational journey. We are a ministry and strive to foster a sense of community in addition to providing a safe environment for like-minded families to engage in social and educational activities. 

We offer a wide range of classes for all grade levels from elementary through high school, as well as field trips and other enrichments to your family’s busy homeschooling lifestyle. Membership is $25 and will be approved on a case-by-case basis. In most instances, we request that you attend a shadow day to visit our classes and assess that RUSC is truly the best fit for your family. 

The RUSC leadership team is made up of homeschooling parents that represent a diverse educational style and are committed to supporting you in your own goals. Please reach out with any questions to info@riseup-sc.org and a board member will gladly respond.
