Speaker Bio: Shila has been married to her husband Gary for 14 years, and together they have been homeschooling for 8 years. They love to pair road schooling with unit studies to create an interactive life-giving education for their three children. Their YouTube channel "Little Road Schoolhouse" was born out of a desire to help families think outside the four walls of their home's classroom to embrace experiential learning - whether it's 5 minutes or 5,000 miles from home. Shila is passionate about equipping parents to create adventurous and meaningful education for their families!

Speaker Bio: Lieutenant Tommy Neiman has served for over 33 years with the Saint Lucie County and Okeechobee Fire Departments in southeast Florida.  Tommy is Florida director for Fellowship of Christian Firefighters, International as well as president of his local chapter. He is founder of 'Sirens for the Cross,’ a ministry that reaches out to fellow emergency responders around the country. Tommy has authored 2 books, 'Sirens for the Cross' and a children’s book, 'The Rookie Rescuer’.  His ministry has been featured in numerous Christian publications and he has appeared on the 700 Club, Moody Radio, Campus Crusade for Christ, and the Discovery Channels 'Shark Week.' Tommy is married to wife, Alicia, and they have 3 children. He coaches high school baseball and has served as spring training chaplain to the New York Mets for the past 19 years.  In 2003, Tommy was honored as ‘Firefighter of the Year' for the state of Florida and was a guest speaker for Gov Jeb Bush’s prayer breakfast.
