Come join other homeschool families and meet others in your homeschool community! We are not meant to walk through life alone... let's build one another up as we journey through this awesome adventure together.

**No Carve Pumpkin Contest!!**

This month students will have the opportunity to participate in a no carve pumpkin contest. Pumpkins will be decorated at home and brought to park day for judging.  There are only 2 rules! Rule #1 NO CARVING, puncturing pumpkins in order to secure a decoration is ok. For example if you are decorating your pumpkin as a cat then you may puncture the pumpkin to affix ears, whiskers ect... however eyes may not be carved into the pumpkin. If you have any questions about what is allowed please reach out to Brittany Galbreath (561)398-6262. Rule #2 No SCARY pumpkins, keep pumpkins little kid friendly. If you need inspiration Pinterest has a ton of ideas!

Where: Wellington Village Park (Pierson Park) 11700 Pierson Road, Wellington, FL 33414; We meet at the large pavillion closest to the playground.

When: SECOND Friday of the month; August through May

Time: 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

* Parents: Announcements, field trip signups and word of encouragement. 

* Kids: Play at the park.

* 6th through 12th graders: Speaker with activity to follow.

** Childcare is not provided at any PEC meeting. Every parent is responsible for their own children.
