Membership fees are $75 a year or $40 if joining in the Spring semester. Payment is required before membership can be approved. Please pay attention to the payment instructions on the screen after you have submitted your application for membership.

Please answer the following questions as accurately and honestly as possible.  We wish to maintain a safe place for our families, and especially our children. We also want to be able to help our families by being aware of children's special needs so that they have the best experience possible!  All answers will be kept confidential.
