Getting Started
Welcome to SCOPE!
New Members:
To become a SCOPE member (which means you want to register for classes), there are two steps to complete:
1) Create a SCOPE Family Account under the “Join” tab (found in the upper right-hand corner).
2) Submit payment of $140 (Membership Fee $60 and Volunteer Fee of $80) online.
Once you have completed the account process AND paid the $140, you will receive a confirmation email within a few days that will allow you to register for classes.
In the meantime, please print out the SCOPE Family Membership Form under the "Getting Started" tab. Please fill out all the information on this form and mail it to SCOPE, PO Box 814, Hudson, WI 54016. (We need a hard copy for our records even though you filled out the information online).

We invite you to our Registration Night/Open House on Monday, July 31st from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Valley Baptist Church where you can meet the SCOPE Board, teachers and other homeschool families and fill out the other required SCOPE forms. You are welcome to pay tuition and other fees then or at our Required SCOPE Meeting on Thursday, August 31st.

If you prefer to pay via check:
Please fill out the SCOPE Family Membership Form completely and mail it with a check, written to SCOPE, for $140. Our mailing address is SCOPE, PO Box 814, Hudson, WI 54016.
Once your check has cleared, you will receive a confirmation email and be able to register for classes.
Returning Members:
If you were a SCOPE member for the 2022-2023 academic year, you will receive an invoice. Please do not create a new membership. Please login with your User ID and Password. You can pay this invoice online. Once you do, you will be activated within 24 hours and be able to register for classes.
You can also pay your Membership Fees via check and mail the payment with your SCOPE Family Membership Form to SCOPE, PO Box 814, Hudson WI 54016. (If you pay by check, your account will be activated once your payment clears).

IMPORTANT: All courses are subject to minimum and maximum class requirements that are set by each individual teacher. It is advisable to register early, not only to assure your child’s spot in the class but also to avoid the risk that the class will be dropped due to low enrollment. The 2023 – 2024 classes that have not met the minimum enrollment will be dropped on Tuesday, August 22nd, 2023. Parents will receive an email if any classes are dropped. They are welcome to register for other classes that are available.
