Volunteer & Class Registration
BHF is a volunteer-led organization therefore we rely heavily on weekly parent volunteers for it to run successfully.
Each family is required to volunteer 1 hour each week for each period you have a student attending class for a max of 2 required hours/week. Failure to meet the volunteer requirement will result in being billed the applicable opt-out fee.
After your family's Registration Application has been approved (you must submit the $150 annual registration fee and pass the background check), you may register for volunteer slots and classes. If you are signing up as a Teacher's Assistant, you may do so concurrently with class registration.
If you are a volunteer teacher (unpaid) you have met your volunteer requirement.
Volunteer positions are held for the entire semester.

Class Schedule
Step 1: Sign up for your volunteer shifts (1 hour/week for every hour your child(ren) is/are in class, up to 2 hours). This must happen before we will confirm your class registration.
Step 2: Click on the class name in the matrices below to register.
Step 3: Attend the mandatory Orientation (see calendar for orientation date) in the Kids Central Building at First Baptist Church Merritt Island. Orientation is not a drop-in, so please make plans for the students and at least 1 parent to attend from 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
- Class payments are due by the end of Orientation or your student will be dropped from the class.
- Please make note of how much you owe each instructor (some class fees are paid to BHF directly) and what their accepted payment methods are. Be prepared to submit the full semester payment at Orientation.
- You will receive an email with more information about the mandatory Orientation.
Once you have complete all 3 steps, your family is officially registered!

"Parent: FULL" means the class' parent volunteer spots are full. You can still register your students for this class.
