Assistant Treasurer
This person will assist the Treasurer dealing with the finances of the organization. Training will be provided. Experience with bookkeeping and Quickbooks is preferred, but willingness to learn will be considered :-) Must be a member for at least six months.
Communications Chair
This is a YHSA Board position which maintains our web site, helps other volunteers to learn to use the site, and attends monthly Board meetings. Must be computer-savvy and a member for at least six months. All Board members must sign a statement of faith.
Small Groups Chair
This person oversees all Small Group Organizers and assists them in starting or maintaining groups.
Field Trip Director
This person organizes field trips, coordinates with field trip hosts, and creates signups.
Cap & Gown Closet
This person store and maintains donated graduation caps, gowns, and generic tassels for distribution to YHSA members.
Coffee Crate
This person provides refreshments at various YHSA events such as Expo and seminars as needed. All equipment and supplies are provided. If you're a coffee lover, this is the job for you!
