2015 Spring Formal
"Camelot's Garden"
All YHSA teens and their guests ages 13-19 are invited to attend the Spring Formal! (Each YHSA Teen can bring up to 3 Guests)
Cost: $45.00 per person
Includes - Dinner Buffet, Dessert Station, DJ, Door Prizes, Photo Booth and more!
Registration is open February 1st through March 31st.

Guests (Nonmembers) will register themselves on-line!!!
Click on the link below and read under registration on how to register. Guests can go on the YHSA website and click Spring Formal 2015 under the Public section to get the information.
Also, this is where you will find the "Code of Conduct" and "Dress Code" information.
If a teen member is going to pay for their guest, the guest will register themself and not make a payment. The member will register themself and when he/she clicks to make a payment,will then change the quantity to 2.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY SATURDAY, APRIL 4, 2015
