If you have completed the Prospective Member Questionnaire, completed your interview with a Board member, AND been notified by a Board member that you've been accepted into the co-op, please start here.


1. Fill out this form.

2. Send in your $125 Fall, or $75 Spring, non-refundable registration fee (payment info is at the bottom of this email).

3. When your registration payment is received, you will receive another email with the information on how to proceed with registration. 

4. Each adult (18+) that will be in the building during class time needs a background check completed by August 1st (Fall registration) or January 1st (Spring registration). Your family will not be allowed to attend any classes until this is done. Expect an email from CIA (Clear Investigative Advantage) with a link to complete your background check within a couple of days after making your registration payment. The cost is $12 per adult and will be charged to your member account.
