About Us

GCSHEA, established in 1996, was one of the first third-option accountability groups in South Carolina. Our Board of Directors, Administrator, and veteran members are experienced homeschool parents eager to provide a wealth of homeschool wisdom for the homeschool journey. Membership applications are received throughout each school term, beginning on June 1 and ending on May 31. Our association of homeschool families maintains a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization status in order to reduce costs while providing prompt and professional services to members.
