Invited New Member Registration for Monocacy Home Educator's Co-op!

To enroll in Monocacy Home Educator's Co-op, you must have completed an application and be invited to participate.

After you have been invited, it is required that you complete the registration form, fill out a Participation  Agreement and a Hold Harmless Agreement Form and pay all applicable fees. The agreements are on the next page of this registration form.

Payment Instructions

New  Member Fees:

The Yearly Family Fee is $125 ($100 Balance after the $25 Deposit- $103.60 including the PayPal fees) for the year. This covers $62.50 for Fall and $62.50 for Spring. 

Teen Drop-Off Fee: $225 (233.50 - includes PayPal Fees) per student per semester. 

If you paid a $25 deposit, then that goes toward your yearly cost. Please remit the balance of $100.00 ($103.50 if using PayPal). This must be paid in full prior to being able to register for classes.  Please pay below or on the 2024-2025 Family Participation Form.

You may pay via check payable to Lisa Duckworth, cash, or PayPal. (NOTE: if using PayPal: a 3.6% processing fee has been added in.) Payments may be mailed to Lisa Duckworth, 12777 Barnett Dr., Mount Airy, MD 21771
