If you are a new family requesting website membership and enrollment with South Bay Faith Academy, our office will review your request and contact you to complete our admissions process.

If you are a current SBFA family requesting website membership, our office will confirm your current enrollment, and then you will be granted access.

Once your website access is granted, you will receive an email from lifeline@homeschool-life.com. Please be sure to add this email address to your contacts, so that you will not miss this or any other important SBFA email.

If change in work hours prevents primary teaching parent from teaching at least 50% of the time during daylight hours, you must inform HSLDA of the changes to keep your HSLDA membership valid. Each family must maintain current membership with HSLDA, a discount is applied when you use the SBFA group membership code: 288003.. It is the family's responsibility to renew the membership at www.hslda.org. The SBFA office will verify membership of each family.

The school does not pay physician fees or medical expenses for students who are injured at school sponsored activities. I/we understand that all activities, although arranged by members of the Academy, are considered independent, family activities. I/we hereby waive all claims and do further release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless South Bay Faith Academy, administrators, teachers, parent-sponsors of all activities (on or off campus).
