Thank you for your interest in joining the Greater Valdosta Home School Association. We have completed our registration for the 25-26 co-op year and now have a waiting list for Full Membership. We are grateful for the opportunity to possibly have your family as a part of our growing family in the future.

We are not currently accepting new full memberships at this time.

Please review the information below to review what we offer before contacting us to be placed on the waiting list:

GVHSA offers two options for Co-op Membership.

• Full Membership $100 per family - This membership includes the opportunity to partake in co-op classes including the archery team, social events, standardized testing when available, members-only website access, field trips, and vital support. In addition to the membership fee, each family participating in co-op classes is also required to pay an $50 facility fee on a set date determined by the board. In addition, some classes may have fees to allow teachers to purchase materials. Our classes meet once a week. We accept families with children K-12, and we also have nursery and preschool programs for those families who have K-12 children. We do not have membership for families who have only children under Kindergarten age. All members must volunteer during the co-op day. Our co-op is not a drop-off program but depends on the full participation of its members.

• Support Group Membership $55 per family - This membership includes everything in the full membership except for co-op classes, including archery. There is no waiting list for Support Membership. This option was created to provide flexibility for families desiring to partake in co-op benefits such as picture day (including being in and access to purchasing the yearbook), social events, standardized testing, graduation ceremony, and field trips, but unable to sign up for classes during our weekly co-op group meeting. You get access to the website, forum, calendar, and Facebook group with this option.
