Welcome to Young Explorers of Coles County Homeschoolers Co-op.  We are glad you are interested in joining our group. 

We are currently on a waitlist status for all age groups for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year, but please fill out the info below to be added to our waitlist.

!!!!!!!BEFORE FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ OUR "ABOUT US" PAGE AS WELL AS THE STATEMENT OF FAITH TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOUR HOMESCHOOL FAMILY!

This registration form is the first step in our membership process so please be thorough with your answers.  There is no such thing as too much information on this form.  If, through this application, our board decides that we would be a good fit for each other, you will be scheduled for a family interview, prior to complete approval to our coop family. 

Please add all of your children, even if they are nursery age.  You are not charged per child at this point. It just helps for nursery staffing purposes. Thank you!

Payment Instructions

Payment will be accepted in cash, check, or on our website through PayPal.  You will be given more detail in your acceptance e-mail as to payment options.

Membership Fee $60(after the first year)

What does the membership fee cover? 

  • Website membership, online payments, general administrative supplies (copy paper, dry erase markers, stamps, etc.), facility use.
  • For new registrations, there is a one-time $30 background check fee, which covers both parents to be screened.

Membership fees are due with Fall Registration.
