Membership to CHRISM grants you access to the group website. On the site, you will find events, resources and other information that may be helpful to you on your homeschool journey. Membership also informs you of our Park Play meeting dates where the children can play and interact together as the parents share expereinces and tips with each other, field trips and other special events. During the summer months we meet at various parks to offer opportunities to families from all over Miami-Dade (and some families from beyond) and also to explore different opportunities for nature studies and play scapes.

A seperate enrollment process for participation in our academic enrichment co-op classes will be required after initial membership on a first come first serve basis based on class size availability. This information will be posted within the website once you have completed your membership and paid all dues.

2. If you are joining CHRISM with the intent to enroll in the enrichment co-op, the following documents must be read and checked below. By cheching each box below, you are confirming that you have read and agree to the policies contained therein. While it says that only 1item is required, this only applies if you choose "I am not planning on enrolling for co-op". If you are planning to join us for co-op, all documents must be read, agreed to and checked below.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Some of these documents require action. In the Holy Rosary St. Richard's Volunteer Packet, it is your responsibility to print, sign and submit these documents to our Leadership team. All of these documents are to be submitted to the church. This is of utmost importance Please be sure to complete these actions in a timely manner so that your co-op enrollment process is not delayed after this CHRISM registration process is complete.

3. How interested are you in homeschooling your child(ren)? 4. Are you currently pregnant or trying to concieve? If pregnant, what is your due date? 5. I give permission for our family to be photgraphed. These pictures will be posted in the members only website and used for personal documentation only (to share with you, the parent, what your child(ren) is(are) doing in class). Occationally, photos may be used in our public gallery only to promote our group to potential families, sharing a glimps of what we do.

Payment Instructions

Membership will be approved upon dues being submitted. The quickest and most secure way would be to pay via the PayPal button provided.
Alternately, you can also make payment by sending a check written to CHRISM, Inc. to Att. CHRISM, 10210 SW 5th St., Miami, FL 33174.
