Q: |
Do Parents need to stay during Co-Op Days and other Events? |
A: |
YES!! Seeing as we are all homeschool parents joining together to support each other in this endeavour, we promote parental involvement at all of our events. If you do need to run away for an appointment, it is your responsibility to leave them in the care of another specific parent in attendance. Please make sure we're aware of the situation :) |

Finances
Q: |
What are the Registration Fees going towards? |
A: |
The yearly fee helps cover our space rentals, supplies, banking fees, website fees, and any equipment deemed necessary by the committee (eg. rolling whiteboard) for the use of the RRHJ group events. Fees are subject to change depending on activities planned, location rentals, and costs incurred. Any surplus at the end of the year will be assessed, and amounts returned fairly to families after leaving a small float to transition into the next year. |
Q: |
What is the Calvary Baptist Church Rental Costing us? |
A: |
Rental of the space is by donation. The RRHJ Committee determines how much to donate based off of how many days it is utilized. For the 2023-2024 year, RRHJ donated $2050 for use of the space. This year the donation will go towards their building fund as they plan to add on. |
