Who Jesus Christ is to you? 8. Financial Policy: Veritas Florida's annual budget is based upon annual enrollment. Therefore, upon acceptance into Veritas Florida, families are responsible for faithfully and punctually paying the total tuition & fees for all students and all classes into which their students are enrolled. Withdrawal/Suspension/Dismissal/Expulsion: I understand that I remain responsible for faithfully paying the total remaining amount of annual tuition & fees by the 10th of the month regardless of withdrawal, suspension, dismissal or expulsion during any point of the year from classes into which my students are accepted and enrolled and that all tuition and fees paid are not refundable for any reason.

Proprietary Nature of Veritas Curriculum & Program: Veritas curriculum and program is proprietary. By enrolling into Veritas, families agree: 1.) not to use, share, or copy any Veritas Florida materials nor conduct business or conversations within the Veritas community with the intention of starting, helping to start, or establising a similarly fashioned academic program; 2.) not to conduct business or provide personal endorsements of outside businesses within the Veritas community; 3.) to only use Veritas materials (book lists, curriculum, Assignment Sheets, worksheets, handouts, etc.) for the sole purpose of educating your student(s) during the year in which you are enrolled.

Family and Student Code of Conduct: My family will honor God, instructors, assistants, and fellow families according to biblical principles of conduct and act respectfully to all students, teachers, staff, and administration. Disrespect in word and/or actions will not be tolerated on campus and will be corrected immediately. My student(s) will arrive prior to the start of class, be fully prepared for class, be attentive during class, participate in all subjects/lessons, complete all homework assignments to the best of their ability by the due date, and participate when called upon. Students will be honest and complete original work in all assignments. Students will act with integrity in their performance in the classroom or at Veritas events/activities, in their work at home, and in relating to peers. Plagiarism or cheating of any kind is not tolerated at Veritas and is grounds for dismissal. While on campus or Veritas event/activity, students are not to have any electronics (cell phones, smart watches, devices, etc.) turned on at any time unless under direct supervision of a Veritas staff member; students may not engage in, view, update, check in, or in any other way interact with social media platforms; apps, games, photos, and music may not be played, viewed, or in any way opened or intereacted with. Families will review, understand, and help enforce the Veritas Code of Conduct

Mandatory Service Days: I understand that each school year I will be requried to volunteer at my student's Veritas Florida Campus one full school day per year for each day my student is on campus. (Ex.: If student attends two days per week, parent will serve 2 days over the course of the school year).
