I grant Florida Driftwood Schoolers, Inc. and its instructors permission to photograph and record my child concerning classes and events held by FDS or homeschool-related activities. I also authorize FDS to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and electronically. I agree that FDS may use photographs of my child with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
