We are so happy you want to join. Please either make your payment within 24 hours or make other arrangements with us for payment. Membership Fees are Due Aug 1 for the following year. We can't prorate a memebership and we cant give refunds in any instances.
Please understand when you sign up for an event with a fee you're promising to pay. We give you time to reserve your spot and pay when it's convenient for you. But in any circumstance where you can make it or not you're still required to pay. Some field trips have minimums or require deposits. We also don't want our admin having to spend time issuing unnecessary refunds. The only time we would issue a refund is of a field trip is canceled and not rescheduled.
