a. Recognize TCHE's Statement of Faith:

We believe that the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God and constitutes His completed and final revelation to man. We support Biblical marriage as being between one man and one woman. We believe that God exists in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ was God in human flesh, being fully God and fully man, yet committed no sin. We believe that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, and the central purpose of the incarnation of Jesus Christ was to pay the penalty for man’s sin through His substitutionary death on the cross and His resurrection from the dead in triumph over death and Satan. We believe salvation is a gift of God offered by his grace and mercy and that a person must accept that gift.

b. Abide by the Dress Code:

1. Student clothing should be modest.

2. No low necklines, bare midriffs, or spaghetti-strap tops.

3. No excessively tight and/or revealing clothing. No see-through shirts.

4. Shorts, dresses and skirts must be at least mid-thigh length for all students.

c. Code of Conduct:

If I have a conflict with anyone in the group, I will go to them and work out the situation in a private manner. I will not send emails concerning conflict or use inappropriate or offensive language through the group forum. I understand the administration of TCHE has the right to change or remove my access from the website and or forums if I fail to meet the Code of Conduct.

Agree to the Liability Waiver:

I understand that I am responsible for the supervision and behavior of my children when participating in TCHE activities to ensure that activities will be fun and safe for all. TCHE carries no insurance and will not be held liable for any injury sustained during a TCHE sponsored event.

TCHE is a volunteer-run group. It takes a village to provide all the activites and events that our families like to attend, the board can not do it alone. WE NEED YOU!!! Unfortunately, when we do not have volunteer participation things have to be cancelled. So we are asking each one of you to "bloom where you are planted" and consider what talents you may posses that can help our families to grow this year. We are asking each family to make a committment this year to be in a role as either a coordinator, representative, or an assistant. This can be helping in a number of areas, such as leading prayer time, helping serve at the Christmas party, committing to come earlier to set up and stay to tear down for an event, being a Soccer coach or assistant, planning a field trip, etc. As events get closer we will remind you of your commitment and check that you are still able to help. We appreciate all our volunteers and could NOT do it without you!

WE NEED YOU!!!!

Coordinator: These folks are an important part of how TCHE works! They coordinate, lead and manage several activities and events with assistance from volunteers.

Representatives: Schedule and oversee activites that TCHE sponsers.

Volunteers: Assist the coordinators/representatives in set up, decorating, clean up and other ways. For example, help set up chairs for a meeting or direct/replenish snacks at the Christmas Party.
