8. LIABILITY CLAUSE
TAG Homeschool Group is a cooperative organization, whereby all members take equal part in participating, assisting, and teaching our students and inversely our students take equal part in sharing, caring, and learning.
We acknowledge that participation in TAG Homeschool Group involves risk to the participants, and may result in various types of injury including but not limited to, the following: sickness, exposure to infectious/communicable disease, bodily injury, death, emotional injury, personal injury, property damage, and financial damage.
The participants accept personal financial responsibility for any injury. Further, the participants releases and promises to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TAG Homeschool Group and our host church, Coon Rapids Evangelical Free Church, for any injury arising directly or indirectly out of the described activity, whether such injury arises out of the activity sponsor, the participant, or otherwise.
Taking part in any field trips coordinated, sponsored, or offered by TAG is done at the family’s own risk. Please take time to know risks involved in any activity. A parent should attend field trips with their children.
We hereby give permission for our child(ren) or ward(s) to participate in TAG Homeschool Group events.

Payment Instructions

New families: After you click "CONTINUE" and before you pay the membership fee, PLEASE WAIT for an email sent by tagHIGHSchool101@gmail.com —or— tagHOMEschool101@gmail.com confirming that we have an opening for your student (if you haven't previously been in contact with our coordinator). In this message, our coordinator will tell you when to proceed with paying the membership fee. Once we have received a confirmation of payment (please allow at least 24-hours), the coordinator will fully approve your account. Then you will have full website access in order to register for individual classes.

The TAG Annual Family Membership Fee is non-refundable, and it must be paid before class registration.
Membership payments can be made online via PayPal, or via cash or check. Although PayPal is easy to use, we understand that some people prefer not to use it. Lower track tuition may be broken into two equal payments; the first half due September 5, 2025, and final payment due January 16, 2026.
Upper track tuition: A default payment structure divides tuition into four equal amounts due. Parents can make an alternative monthly payment schedule with the treasurer at the finance table during the information meeting on Aug. 12, 2025.

Supply/Instructor fees: Instructor supply fees must be paid at the treasurer’s table at the information meeting or directly to the instructor on the first day of class (cash or check).
Financial Support: If payments will be a significant financial difficulty, a benevolence fund grant may be available upon application. Please contact our treasurer for more information.
Late payments result in a $25 late fee. Students will be withdrawn from classes for tuition payments not paid within 30-days of the due date. If you foresee a problem meeting a payment deadline, make arrangements before the deadline.
