TAG Homeschool Group's Statement of Faith 4. We agree with this Statement of Faith and the expectations outlined in the Parent and Student Expectations. This is binding for all who choose to become part of the TAG Homeschool Group including the parents, guardians, and students.

We will hold each other accountable to these commitments. For those who disregard these commitments, appropriate action will be taken to reconcile, discipline, or even dismiss from TAG Homeschool Group. We will strive to have all disciplinary procedures characterized by Christian love. This Statement of Faith is subject to change only by action of the TAG Homeschool Group Board of Directors.

My typewritten name or handwritten signature indicates that I have read the Statement of Faith, Parent Expectations, and Student Expectations and commit all family members attending TAG Homeschool Group to full compliance while a member of TAG Homeschool Group. 5. If you are a New Middle or High School Student, please comment on why your faith aligns with TAG's Faith Statement and how you came to know Jesus. 6. LIABILITY CLAUSE

TAG Homeschool Group is a cooperative organization, whereby all members take equal part in participating, assisting, and teaching our students and inversely our students take equal part in sharing, caring, and learning.

We acknowledge that participation in TAG Homeschool Group involves risk to the participants, and may result in various types of injury including but not limited to, the following: sickness, exposure to infectious/communicable disease, bodily injury, death, emotional injury, personal injury, property damage, and financial damage.

The participants accept personal financial responsibility for any injury. Further, the participants releases and promises to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TAG Homeschool Group and our host church, Coon Rapids Evangelical Free Church, for any injury arising directly or indirectly out of the described activity, whether such injury arises out of the activity sponsor, the participant, or otherwise.

Taking part in any field trips coordinated, sponsored, or offered by TAG is done at the family’s own risk. Please take time to know risks involved in any activity. A parent should attend field trips with their children.

We hereby give permission for our child(ren) or ward(s) to participate in TAG Homeschool Group events.
