Statement of Faith

No one is to teach doctrine contrary to the Word of God.

We believe:

  1. That the Bible is the inspired and only infallible authoritative Word of God (2 Tim. 3:16).

  2. There is only one God, the Creator of heaven and earth (Gen. 1:1).

  3. In the Trinity, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Matt. 28:19, John 10:33).

  4. In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ (John 10:33), His virgin birth (Matt. 1:23, Luke 1:35), His
      sinless life (Heb. 4:15, 7:26), His resurrection (John 11:25, 1 Cor. 15:4), His seat to the right
      hand of the Father (Mark 16:19) and His personal return in power and glory (Acts 1:11, Rev.
      19:11).

  5. In salvation through faith in the shed blood of Christ and the grace of God (John 3:16-18; Rom.
      3:23, 5:8-9; Eph. 2:9-10).

  6. In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life
      and they that are lost unto the resurrection of the dammed (John 5:28-29).

  7. In the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ (Rom. 8:9, Gal. 3:26-28).

  8. In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a 
      godly life (Rom. 8:13-14; 1 Cor. 3:16, 6:19-20; Eph. 4:30).

 9. In the creation of man by direct act of God (Gen. 1:26-28, 5: 1-2).

10. Marriage, as intended by God, is the union of a man and a woman (Jer. 29:6, Rom. 7:1-3).
