New Family Enrollment Process

Items needed for the initial interview:

Birth certificate of students applying for admission.

If there are any special cases such as custody issues etc. please bring a copy of any court forms to be reviewed at the interview and to be placed on file if accepted for admission.

Most Recent Standardized Testing Results

Complete the "Request Interview: form.

When that is submitted, we will contact you to schedule an interview.
