Admissions
Qualifications
- You must have a committed relationship with God through His Son, Jesus Christ, and born of the Holy Spirit. You must regularly attend and be involved in a local Christian church.
- Both parents must be in agreement about homeschooling.
- You must be members of Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA).
- You must be planning to teach your children from a Christian worldview.
- Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old before September 1. We do not accept students entering into the 12th grade.

In the spirit of integrity and honesty, you must agree to and sign all required forms including, but not limited to the following:
Application Process
Applications are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Space is limited.
- Click the second icon on the upper right of the page to Request Membership, fill out the required information, and submit.
- The office will then get in contact with you to go over the current registration process and to give you a copy of the registration packet.
- Return the completed application with the non-refundable application fee.
Interview Process
Once your application is received, SBFA will contact you for an interview.
- Bring the following to the interview:
- The first month’s tuition and applicable fees.
- Statement of Faith / School Policies form signed by both parents.
- Copy of birth certificate for all children enrolling.
- Copy of last two year’s Report Cards for each student entering grades 7 - 11.
- At the interview you will receive:
- The SBFA School Handbook
- Additional Recordkeeping forms
- Information / application to apply for HSLDA membership with a group discount.
- After the interview, the SBFA Board of Directors will review your application and send a letter to your pastor verifying regular church attendance. You will be notified of your acceptance by mail. All families are accepted on a one-year probation basis.
SBFA reserves the right to terminate the registration process when, in the opinion of the Board of Directors, the applicant fails to complete the registration in a timely or appropriate manner or if there is any misrepresentation of information on the application or in the interview. All newly enrolled families will be on a one-year probation.
