All YHSA Teens and their Guests ages 14- Highschool Senior are invited to attend!!! (Each YHSA Teen can bring up to 1 Guest.)
*Please pay attention to the dates for Registration and when payments are due***
Registration is open from
September 1st - end of day October 18th
Teen Members:
Teen members need to be signed into their account to register.
Teen members will enter their name under “Teen Member’s Name” and member # under “Membership #” on the online form.
If paying for a guest, please be sure to choose the correct payment option, "Ticket + Guest" and fill in the name of your guest when asked "If paying for a guest, please write Guest's name."
Non-Member Guests:
All guests must register themselves – guests that do not register will not be added to the attendee count and will not be admitted to the dance. Guest teens will fill in their information in the attendee fields, but must have the name and membership # of the teen member that invited them. If the name and membership # is not entered, the guest will not be added to registration.
A guest must still register even if the member has paid for him/her. If this is the case, the guest will choose the " Single Ticket" payment option and will fill in the Member's Name who paid when asked, " Was your ticket paid for by someone else? Who?" Then, just skip the payment step.

*By completing registration, you are agreeing to the aforementioned documents. The use of these documents will be used if any issues arise.*
Payment is due no later than October 20th.
Registration is not final until payment is received.
PayPal is the preferred payment method.
Checks, made out to YHSA, will be accepted and should be mailed to the Treasurer as soon as registration is completed at

Member checks must include the teen member’s name and membership #. Checks that do not include this information will be returned to sender.
Guest checks must include “Guest of” followed by the teen member’s name and the membership #.
