Request Membership to GMSA

Once your membership is approved, please register your children for classes starting August 1.  Go to the Publications link on the left of the page, scroll down to Family Forms, and read and sign the Constitution, Policies and Procedures, and the Hold Harmless Agreement. Return these signed pages to Lisa Gilmore.  We encourage you to read A Thomas Jefferson Education (you may borrow this book) or go to Links and scroll down to the Leadership Education section and watch and read some articles so that you can better understand the founding philosophy of our school.  If there are parts of the website you don't understand, they offer videos to help at https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLkCqAHudPQyhH7vNGUE9NezMNk4tPlxHt.  Please feel free to poke around and see all the resources that might be helpful to you.  If you own your own business, you can enter that under the Business Directory so that we can support each other.  The Classifieds section is also for you to use if you want to sell or give away something to the group.

Payment Instructions

Because we are renting a facility and need insurance, we have to charge a Family Fee to cover this.  We will be offering a fundraising opportunity to help you offset these costs if you choose to participate in them or you can have your own personal family fundraiser.  You can pay on a monthly basis if that is helpful.  We want this to be manageable for everyone!  Please communicate with a member of the board if you have special circumstances for paying.  The class tuition goes directly to pay for class supplies, expenses, and awards, and we try to budget these as close to cost as possible.  The family fee will cover rent, insurance, the website, business license, etc.  Again, we try to budget this as close to cost as possible, but how much each family will owe on this will depend on how many families we have to split the costs. We don't have a way to accept online payments at this time but talk with Tanya if that is your only option.
