Before you submit your application, please make sure to read over the "Letter from our Director" to learn all about us. There is a link to it on the left hand side of this page. Briefly, we are NOT a drop-off facility. All of our parents/caregivers pitch in to make this an incredible space for our children. In addition to your volunteer positions and community fee, we do require that at least one of your children be over the age of five (5). :) 

You must attend an Open House session before joining. Please email frlcboard@gmail.com if you have not attended a session.

Payment Instructions

The Annual Community Fee is based on the number of children enrolled per family, is non-refundable and not prorated based on the number of semesters attended. It helps cover essential costs such as facility rent, insurance, subscriptions, and website fees. 1st child: $120 per year, 2nd child: $80 per year, 3rd Child: $40 per year. Each additional child: $20 per year.
