About Us

Thank you for considering us to enrich your homeschooling experience. We are Enriching Christian Homeschool Organization (ECHO). ECHO offers enrichment classes for Christian homeschoolers on Fridays from October through March. We are located at a church in the northern section of Richland, WA. We are currently the longest running Christian homeschool cooperative in the Tri-Cities area. We have been encouraging families in their homeschool journey for over 30 years. We are a completely volunteer led and run organization. 

At ECHO our classes are led by volunteer teachers from within our organization and the community. Since ECHO is a cooperative ministry, families work various jobs helping to make ECHO operate smoothly. Some of these include aiding in the classrooms to assist our teachers, setting up and tearing down each week, and completing other necessary tasks. They are essential to the success of ECHO.

We have made a few changes starting in the 2022-2023 year. Some of the changes involved changes to our age groups, and the class schedule. The four age groups are as follows: Preschool- Kindergarten will be ages 3-5yrs, 6-8yrs, 9-12yrs, and 13+. Our new class schedule includes three 45 min class periods, with five-minute breaks in between, then a lunch period afterwards.  

ECHO is led by a volunteer Leadership Board made up from families within our organization.  They keep busy year round ensuring ECHO runs smoothly by creating classes, coordinating teachers and our teacher aides, and creating a great environment for our ECHO students.
