Let's get some basic information about you and your family, go over our Statement of Faith, and choose Volunteer Roles. smiley

Please NOTE: You will not be able to register for classes until this form is completed AND approved. 

At the end of this form, you will be asked to pay the Registration Deposit*.

***A non-refundable Registration Deposit* is required within 7 days of registration to hold your child’s spot in the program.***

 

  • Early Registration               June 1st – June 30                    $50.00/student*
  • Regular Registration          July 1st - July 31st                     $60.00/student*
  • Late Registration                August 1st & after                     $75.00/student* 
  •                          **Registration closes August 23rd**

                  *Please note that this is a DEPOSIT. The Registration is still $75/student. The deposit is applied towards the total invoice.
