Samantha Lanier To All Instructors

Samantha began teaching physical education in 2019 after finding a passion for physical activity, personal training and her enthusiasm for participating in a multitude of sports. Her goal with each and every school-aged child is to meet physical activity guidelines as well as develop the knowledge, skills, and dispositions that foster meaningful lifelong physical activity participation. Samantha thinks it is important to teach a strong foundation in teamwork while maintaining a fun environment. When she's not teaching, Samantha enjoys spending time with her horses, training others in the gym, hiking and challenging herself physically and mentally.
