Monthly Tuition Payments

-
A late fee of $50 will occur for payments after the 7th of each month.
-
Checks are not accepted as payment if a late fee has been incurred.

Recurrent non or late payment is grounds for removal from PATHS.

Students will not be able to attend classes if payments are late by one month until all outstanding fees are paid.
Additional Fees
-
PATHS charges $10 per hour for the activity hall. If students are on site and not in a class, they must be in the activity hall.
-
Any student not picked up 10 minutes after their last class will be sent to the activity hall and charged for the hour.
-
Late pickups after 3:00 PM may be subject to a $15 late fee per 15 minutes late. Late pickups after the 1 hour pickup period for sick children may also be subject to this charge.
Refunds
-
PATHS will only issue refunds under special circumstances, pending review of PATHS Board of Directors, eg: military orders, medical, etc.
-
Under typical/normal circumstances, families should expect any change in schedule resulting in an overpayment to be applied as a credit towards future PATHS payments.
