We are working hard to get ready for registrations on this (our new) website. 

Please do not request membership yet; we are still updating the process.

Welcome, please start the registration process by requesting membership.

  1. Complete this family membership request form (include all 7th-12th graders who may attend monthly VIA game nights).
  2. Sign up for a volunteer role (sign up genius link at end of registration process)
  3. Mail $65 annual Family Membership Fee AND Legal Waiver and Medical Release form to the address listed at the end of this process.

We will approve memberships after everything is complete and the check and form have been received.   With your membership approval, you'll be able to register for classes.


Clarification:

1. Only items that are starred (*) are required.

2.  You can edit preferences and add photos to your profile later if you choose. 

3.  Privacy (Include my membership in the membership on-line directory? This is not a public page, only registered VIA members will be able to see this info if you choose yes.

4. Forum and classified emails:  Choose No (we will not be using these at this time)

Payment Instructions

The $65 Family Membership Fee* is a one-time payment per year per family to participate in VIA courses and activities.  You will not be able to register for classes until the Family Membership Fee and Legal Waiver and Medical Release form have been received.

*15 for VIA 7th-12th grade Game Night and VIA Email list only family.  If you choose $15 Game Night only option, we will manually remove the $65 when we approve your membership.
