2024-2025 Cornerstone Fees

1. Registration Fee:

New Family Registration Fee: $100.00 per family***

Returning Family Registration Fee: $75.00 per family***

Registration fees are due within 7 days of registration and are non-refundable. They cover insurance, administration, overhead, and up to 2 Background Checks.**  Please send your check payable to Cornerstone Educational Co-op (CEC) and mail it to:

**Each additional background check is $8.00

***A returning family is defined as a family that attended the 2023-2024 school year and their account was paid in full. New families would be those that are new to the co-op, or returning 2023-2024 families whose fees were not paid in full before the end of the school year or they left mid-year/semester with a balance due. 

2. Family Facility Fee:

Facility Use Fee: $50.00 per family

Facility Use Fees are non-refundable and are payable to "Trinity Baptist Church". They are due on the first day of classes, 9/10/2024.

3. Student Fees:

Nursery Fee: $10.00 per family per year (only applies to families with nursery-age child(ren))

Preschool – 12th grade Student Fee: $75.00 per student per year flat fee

The 2024-2025 school year will have 3 periods of classes and a lunch break. The student fee covers classroom supplies and administration costs per student per class per year. Some classes will have additional fees to cover class costs that exceed the amount alotted. The class description will list these fees.

Student fees must be paid in full to Cornerstone Educational Cooperative by September 10, 2024 or can be divided between the two semesters. If you choose to divide it, you will owe $45.00 per student on September 10, 2024, and $30.00 per student on February 4, 2025. You have two weeks after fees are due to have your finances current or your student will be withdrawn from their classes. If for any reason this is not financially feasible for your family please email the Financial Coordinator about options, such as a payment plan. Student fees are not refundable for the current semester.
