Prom Registration Opens:
     - January 5 for WEST Members 
     - January 21 to ALL Homeschoolers

 Saturday, April 26, 2025  |  5:30-11:00pm 
Open to ALL 9-12 Grade Homeschoolers - not just WESTies

This is a Formal Affair

Theme:  Minuit a' Paris

Typically Third/Fourth Saturday in April - Refer to WEST Calendar HERE
5:30pm - 11:00 pm   ~   Dinner, Dance, Activities

PROM LOCATION:  Maple Grove

All Prices Include Dinner:

$75 per student  January 5 - 31
$80 per student  February 1 - 28
$85 per student  March 1 - 31
$90 per student  April 1 - 15
$15 late fee added if registration is closed
  
Registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
Registration is not complete until payment is submitted
Registration is open until capacity is reached or through above dates, whichever comes first. Late fee applies in either circumstance.

NOTE:  If student registers one month and pays in a different month, the payment must reflect the different month's pricing
Example: Student registers by March 31 but payment is not received until April 1 - the payment becomes $90

Non-homeschoolers can only register if attending as a guest of a current homeschooler
Students must be at least in 9th grade to attend

WEST reserves the right to refuse and accept any registration of any person without a reason given
In the event of refusal prior to event, the registration will be returned
